Our process
1. Booking in the job
Email through your project documents to Concept along with your deadline. Concept can advise of costs and lead times. We will also ask you to provide your supplier information/contacts.
2. Preparation
Once allocated to a lead estimator. The estimator will complete a tender review, submit RFI’s, commence take offs and measures + send out to suppliers for quotation.
3. Pricing
Lead estimator will complete measures of the project, collate all the take off information and complete data entry for pricing.
4. Closing
A senior estimator will sit with the lead estimator to close the project. Our strict quality assurance process is then followed.
5. Submission
At completion of tender, the lead estimator will submit a project specific tender letter, our Concept pricing sheet, bill of materials and all sourced supplier quotes. Along with a handover of the project.
